Narryer Project – Western Australia

Overview

The Company is focussed on the discovery of high-value, magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide deposits and REE mineralisation at the Mt Nairn and Mt Gould tenements. This project covers the Narryer Terrane and are located along the western edge of the Archaean Yilgarn Craton. This portion of the craton has been identified as the West Yilgarn Ni-Cu-PGE Province and hosts the Ni-Cu-PGE Julimar discovery. The Company also believes the area prospective for both Carbonatite and Clay Hosted REE.

The Company focus is the intrusives around the Milly Milly ultramafic zone and Taccabba Well Mafic – Ultramafic Complex, where drilling and surface sampling has identified anomalous mineralisation and cumulate rocks, with 70m @ 0.28 % Ni from 35m, including 2m @ 0.51 % Ni, 200 ppm Co, 0.9% Cr2O3. Several EM anomalies identified in 2023, also remain undrilled.

Narryer has also identified anomalous REE in clays, with assays up to 2,789 ppm TREO and intersections of 13m @ 1047 ppm TREO at Taccaba Well drilling (See ASX announcement 30 May 2023). The project is along strike to the Cosmos Resources Leatherback REE Carbonatite discovery.

Work on the tenement has also identified anomalous gold at Mt Gould and high-grade gallium ( high value critical mineral) at Taccabba Well area.

MT Nairn, WA

Milly Milly Ultramafic Zone
~ 20km zone of M/UM dykes. Outcrop mapping, assays up to 0.6% Ni
No prior EM or drilling. Focus of initial exploration

CN2 Prospect
Identified M/UM plug under cover.
VTEM identified late time anomaly coincidental to mag high. Untested

Taccabba Well Prospect Area
(M/UM) complex, partially covered
~1.6 km chromite layer (to 1m @ 8% Cr, 610 ppm Ni)
No PGE assaying, Cu sulphide observed in core
>400m strike of UM unit identified in surface drilling (best 4m @ 0.5 % Ni)

Mt Gould, WA

Ni / Cu / PGE

Bedaburra (M/UM) Complex
Identified by historical mapping, regional magnetics, gravity surveys and drilling. Previous exploration (INCO, Western Mining) at the Bedaburra Complex has focused on lateritic Cr-Ni-Co, but shows evidence of Ni Gossans and Ni-Cu sulphides in drilling (outside Narryer Minerals tenure).

Currans Prospect
The main target area in the Narryer Minerals tenure is the potential feeder zone to main complex, which is where typically Ni Sulphides accumulate. Historic mapping around feeder zone suggests gabbro and peridotite rocks, with gossan identified. Southern area of intrusive is structurally complex, dominated by thin alluvial cover and poorly explored.

Moorarie
Adjoining the Mt Gould tenement, the Moorarie area contains isolated Ultramafic pods with elevated Cr and Ni Historic rockchips. Limited previous exploration.

Initial Exploration Focus
Airborne EM and surface geochemistry, followed by drilling.
